Iran will unite the Muslim world behind its leadership, Israel will remove America from the Middle East, and Trump will probably get a third term as an outcome of the war.
None of these outcomes has happened. The US remains militarily present in the Middle East, Iran has not united the Muslim world, and Trump has no path to a third term under the 22nd Amendment. Things stand at an April 2026 ceasefire with intermittent clashes.
Israel will be able to remove America from the Middle East and become the empire of Israel. Iran will unite the Muslim world behind its leadership. And Donald Trump will probably get his third term.
The 22 Jun 2025 strikes were followed two days later by a ceasefire that ended the Twelve-Day War. A much larger US-Israel war on Iran broke out on 28 Feb 2026 and continues, but it remains a regional war, not World War III, and not 'the end of the world as we know it'.
No regular US ground troops have entered Iran as of October 2026. The only ground action was a special-forces rescue of an F-15E crew (3-5 April 2026), though about 17,000 troops were sent to the Gulf and Kharg Island seizure plans were reported in March 2026.
The condition has not been met: the US has not sent ground troops into Iran (the 2026 war was an air/sea campaign followed by a shaky ceasefire). No civil war or collapse of US empire has occurred.
In 2026 Iran did block Hormuz, strike Saudi energy sites and US bases, and attack shipping in July 2026, which ended the ceasefire. These moves answered US-Israeli attacks, and they produced blockades and talks rather than a US invasion.
The war happened (from Feb 2026), but as of Oct 2026 the US has not left the Middle East. There is no Israeli regional hegemony ('Pax Judaica') as he describes it yet: the war is unresolved, the US has not left, and Israel is still at war on several fronts. Some early signs: the Pentagon reportedly weighed a Gulf drawdown in Aug 2026.
As of Oct 2026 there is no US civil war between factions and no global economic collapse. The war led to a Pakistan-mediated ceasefire (Apr 8, 2026) and a partial settlement.
This is a conditional, prophetic framing ('part of the prophecy'), and its precondition, Israeli domination of the region, has not occurred. There is no concrete test.
